GM - HR Business Partner - Hospitality

Looking for HR professional with strong business partnering skill and a healthy exposure in HR business partner role at similar scale or larger organisation.

Full time MBA in HR, from a Tier I / Tier II institute.

Role : GM-HR Business Partner

What you will be doing

Will be working on Org level HR and OD/L&D initiatives.

Working on key initiative design with key stakeholders and seeing these through execution leg till they mature and absorb in system

Requires close collaboration with zonal/Regional HR teams.

What you should have?

Min 12-13 Yrs of experience into HR functions as business partner

Passion for business and wanting to create impact.

High on aspiration and willing to work in challenging environment

been part of the HR team which requires senior stakeholder management
