Looking for a General Manager HR for the role of HRBP for the Commercial Functions based out of Corporate Office at Bangalore.

Position Summary:

HR Business Partner role responsible for providing strategic HR inputs to Marketing, Sales and Corporate Affairs functions.

Job Description:

- Develop strong business relationships with senior management teams of concerned functions & leverage relationship to deliver on people objectives & embed processes

- Provide strategic interface to stakeholders, including Directors & HODs, through guidance & support in developing & progressing people management solutions to achieve business objectives

- Responsible for leading & implementation of Our People Way in Marketing, Sales and Corporate Affairs

- Responsible for Acquisition & Onboarding of critical talent

- Custodian of Engagement Initiatives - roll out of OE Survey, facilitation & tracking of action planning

- Ownership of Talent Review and People Balance Sheet

- Roll-out of all Capability Development initiatives for all levels in Marketing, Sales, Strat Plan & Corporate Affairs

- Responsible for assessing and facilitating Manpower Optimization of Marketing, Sales, Strat Plan and Corporate Affairs Team

- Responsible for Strategic HR inputs for Secondary Sales Deployment

- Responsible for statutory compliance of all employment laws for all employees including FTEs in Marketing, Sales, Strat Plan & Corporate Affairs

Qualification:

PGDM/ MBA in HR/ IR from Tier I institutes only (XLRI, TISS, SCMHRD, SIBM, MDI). Batches from 2003 to 2006 only.

Special Requirement:

- 10 - 12 years of experience across various HR sub-functions.

- HRBP/ Sales HR experience where candidate has managed geographically pan-India business functions.

- Strong people management experience of managing HRBPs across locations.

- SME experience will be an added advantage.
