General Manager Sales-Smartphone

Looking for senior sales professional to handle sales of Smartphone and Tablets (lead role) based at NCR for a leading mobile handset company. CTC 20L/A

- Looking for candidate with 12 to 15 years of exp in FMCG and mobile handset industry.

- Channel Sales Management

- Developing and appointing new business partners to expand the product reach in the market and coordinating with the dealers & distributors to assist them to promote the product.

- Ensuring the stocks and outstanding stocks are in adherence to the defined norms of the company.
Business Development

- Developing periodic business plans & strategies, in coordination with macro plans of organization.

- Anticipating annual business plans and conducing monthly/ quarter variance analysis to match production for seamless operations.

- Devising and assessing the inconsistency in the Cost & Sales budget for the region.

- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share metrics.

- Assisting in the formulating of strategic plans to enhance sales & marketing operations thereby achieving increased sales growth.

- Collecting & collating feedback from clients to identify areas of improvement in the service level.
Product Launches/ Promotions/ Marketing

- Implementing pre-post marketing activities for successful launching of new products.

- Organizing campaigns in coordination with the sales promotion at strategic locations to build brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements and ensuring maximum brand visibility and capture optimum market shares.

- Developing an appropriate marketing mix of media & outdoor for successful development of new markets. Acquiring and retaining markets through effective customer service and brand equity.

Team Leadership

- Recruiting, leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & group targets.

- Conducting meetings for setting up sales objectives and streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations.
