We are hiring for GM /Head (litigation)for renowned Real Estate Company in Mumbai.

Experience: 10+ yrs

Education: LLB/ LLM

Profile: Litigation & Non-litigation

1. 60% litigation management and 40% non litigation of real estate.

Briefing senior counsels on cases and matters. Co-ordinating will all concerned for legal matters.

Developing and implementing legal strategy for the company.

2. Drafting various agreements and deeds / MOFA agreements

3. Due diligence of land / documentation

4. Survey work

5. Regular travel to Bangalore

6. Basics of liaison work for legal related matters. Interact with statutory authorities.

7. Basics of deal structuring

8. Legal aspects of land acquisition, particularly when there are many owners of a land bank. Being part of negotiation teams for legal inputs.

9. Get actively involved in RERA strategy
