We are looking for a Head Billing for our client with pan India presence based Gurgaon.

Grade : GM

Function Name : Finance

Reports to : Business Finance Controller

Nature of Role : Team Management

Work Timings : 9AM-6PM, 5 days working however candidate must be flexible and open to stretch

CTC : Industry Standards

Experience : 15 yrs post qualification exp significant part in telecom, preferably in B2B space.

Education : CA ; Desirable : Additional qualifications / program for specialization in financial analysis / general management

Financial : Annual Billing to Customers across India

Job Purpose:

Improve and maintain Customer delight by ensuring timely, accurate and correct invoicing to Customers as per the Agreement in accordance with the laid down processes, controls; and by facilitating support to the management in strategic decision making by recommending solutions and enabling them with requisite analytical data points.

KRA:

1) Maintain optimal performance of the billing activities through robust processes and controls, which enable FTR billing in line with Customer contracts

2) Extend decision support to Management

3) Leading Change management and Continuous improvement

4) Develop a high performance work environment to build a capable and motivated team.

5) Drive organization and culture building initiatives and support cascade of values/ desired behaviors at departmental level
