GM - Government National Sales
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
- To take Lead in positioning & establishing in Government Sector, specifically related to UNION Government Segment including all Ministries, PSUs and Government Bodies.
- Create strong relationships with Senior Government decision making machinery and leverage the same for Pipeline build-up and ongoing Market Intelligence assimilation.
- To manage the virtual Government Sales team, setout strategies for short term and long-term across product lines and to drive coverage and mapping with the perspective of Client Offerings.
- To identify, train, develop, support and ensure that the frontline demonstrate and implement superior standards of performance in Revenue achievement against setout Targets
- Create internal support system in terms of Customer focused Standard operating processes, thereby facilitating Sales Teams, nationally
Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
- PG or MBA
- Knowledge of Government Segment Sales in India.
- Strategic and man-management capabilities.
- 15 years+ experience
- A proven track record in meeting revenue targets, preferably in a variety of situations so as to be able to draw upon a breadth of experience when making decisions and analyzing plans
