Position: GM - Finance

Exp : 7- 9 yrs

Location : Bangalore

Preferred industry - Consumer durable (FMCD)

- Leading and directing the accounts and commercial team for correct recording, accounting and periodic statutory consolidation and reporting of transactions related to International business of Madura Garments

- Commercial control related to purchases, retail stores operations, material reconciliation, Liaisoning with international brands related to credit terms, purchase processes, capital expenses and capitalization,

- Participating and aiding in business decision making through timely information and analytical support

- Budgeting and strategic planning, monthly management reporting, periodic estimates and analysis

- Ensuring compliance with various statutory enactments and procedures related to direct taxes, indirect taxes and corporate laws

- Ensuring compliance with SOPs and COA

- Working capital management
