Job Description - Reporting to the Managing Director and managing the Finance Team, your roles and responsibilities will be:

- Responsible for taxation, finance, banking operations of the Company

- To proactively work on finance cost reduction

- To effectively manage Cash Flow & Funds Flow

- Fund Raising through Debt & Equity Market, Angel Funding and Institutional Investments

- Manage Project Financing, FIIs, Project Accounting and Market Capitalization

- Liaison with Banks on credit facility to meet the WC requirements and Project Finance

- Managing company's investment portfolios, e.g.

- IPO's, Equity, Mutual Fund

The Successful Candidate - You must be a CA or MBA / PGDM with specialization in Finance from a reputed management institute (Ideally, CA with an MBA Degree) with post qualification experience of 10-12 years in Finance & Taxation role with a growth oriented manufacturing company. Hands on experience of arranging debt finances from domestic/ international banks/ institutions and good experience of handling direct & indirect taxes is highly essential.
