Someone who has worked in both the areas core finance and also in IT Domain as a consultant.   Job Description:  1. Candidate would be a part of the - Group IT team- and report to Group CIO.   2. Candidate would be responsible for developing and getting implemented the IT strategy for - Office of the CFO- across Group (comprising businesses like Steel, Energy, Cement, Infrastructure & Ports)  3. Able to collaborate with the business and lead various IT initiatives in the Finance, Controlling, Management accounting, Compliance, Reporting and Analytics areas  4. Able to drive Finance-IT programs (with an existing foundation of SAP) independently with very little supervision   5. Strong communication skills with ability to convince various levels of management about the Finance-IT strategy  6. Good network in the Finance-IT sphere and in relevant SAP or other customer user groups, so as to leverage the knowledge gained for the Group's benefit  7. Candidate should have at least 15 years of overall experience including 8 years of SAP implementation and maintenance experience across Finance (FI), Controlling (CO) and Treasury (TRM) modules  8. Must have worked on at least 4 full life-cycle SAP implementations within India or overseas  9. Good exposure in areas like AP/AR/GL, Product Costing, CO-PA, Material Ledger, Report Painter/Writer, etc.  10. Exposure to SAP solutions like BPC, BI is preferred  11. Candidates with qualifications like CA and ICWA would be given preference  12.
