Position Title: GM Finance

Location: Mumbai

Ctc to be offered : negotiable ; depending upon current pay package and experience .

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Assist the CFO in creating the Business Operational & Financial Budget and monitoring the same through timely and accurate data analysis, data collection & collation for effective decision making and aligning the business operations to the set Divisional Goals & Targets.

Assist in designing business plans for maximizing profitability & revenue generation and realizing business goals achievement of division's business plans through data analysis of various financial statements and enable the Top Management to ensure alignment of the business operations with Divisional objectives. Assist in monitoring the division's annual operating budget to ensure that all financial targets, cash flows & projection are in alignment with the business goals & objectives.

Ensuring completion of various types of audits within the time and cost parameters

Monitoring inflow / outflow of funds; taking adequate measures to ensure optimum utilisation of available funds towards the accomplishment of organizational objectives

Ensuring the timely delivery and accuracy of highly visible reports & presentations and assist in Business Operations through data analysis, identifying trends, flag opportunities for both business & process improvement, automate routine tasks, etc. thus enabling the Division to meet its Business & Financial Objectives. Coordinate with other departments for creating and implementing advance reporting scorecards, dashboards.

Conducting an analysis for budget vs. actual on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.Analyze variances on a financial statement level and provide overall analytical reviews of financial statement fluctuations

Provide support for other functional areas as needed ( finance, Treasury, Legal, operations, sales )

REQUIREMENTS:

Head of finance in the current role at a national level. MBA Finance / CA mandatory.
