About Our Client

Our client is an Indian FMCG business with a strong brand name in the market. They are looking for a GM Finance and Commercial in their team to look at end-to end finance operations and take the organization to a next level

Job Description

Reporting into the CFO, you will lead the finance and accounting team of 15-20 people at the corporate office. Your main responsibilities will be:

- Consolidations/Group reporting as per IGAAP Costing, commercial support in determining price fixation including discounts

- Preparation of periodical consolidated MIS reports

- Co-ordination with Internal and Statutory auditors, corporate legal teams and cross functional heads

- Carry our business analysis of the business segment, analyze margins on regular basis

- Involved in financial projections, forecasting budgeting of new projects

- Management of taxation matters including TDS, VAT, CST, Sales tax etc

- Strong working knowledge of SAP

- Liaison with banks for fund requirement on working capital, term loans and foreign currently loans

- Nurture, motivate and develop the internal talent within the organization as well.

The Successful Applicant

- The Successful Applicant you must be a CA with 10-15 years of experience in FMCG/manufacturing sector. Further, you must be hands-on in IGAAP, Indirect taxation and SAP experience. Interpersonally, you must be a sharp and detail- oriented person with good risk assessment and analytical skills.
