GM - Finance/Banking & Taxation - Infra

CA with around 15 - 20 years experience preferably from Construction / Infrastructure industry, in managing Finance, Banking & Taxation, at Delhi.

The responsibilities would include :

- Finance - Budgeting, forecasting, cost & credit control, margin analysis, costing & profitability analysis and management reporting

- Specialization in raising short & long term finance, negotiating terms of finance with cost effectiveness, managing derivatives & swaps, forex management, hedging, post sanction and disbursal compliances

- Preparation and submission of applications to financial institutions for financial assistance in form of term loans, short term loans and timely followup for necessary sanctions, documentations and disbursements

- Working out a proper mix of domestic and foreign funding and managing all exposures

- Management of surplus / short term fund management / working out viability studies of all projects and means of financing for projects / budgetary controls.

- Banking - liaisoning with bankers, managing cash flow, collection and payment of funds

- Mobilisation of funds for new projects

- Dealing with banks for getting rupee and foreign currency loans

- Financing working capital needs by liaising with consortium of banks

- Monitoring of key business indicators)

- Taxation - statutory compliance with various taxation laws and filing returns, attending assessments and appearing before departments on hearing to appeal levels

- Keeping the management well informed about the tax implications relating to specific transactions as well as general matters

- Ensuring that necessary data is made available to the deptts. for completing any assessment or for appeal purposes

- Addressing all notices, intimations, SCN etc. from respective deptts. of taxations

- Compliance of statutory requirements, especially in respect of income tax

- AP VAT and other state VAT

- Service tax and related applicable tax laws

- MIS reporting for managerial decision making and monitoring, ensuring prompt tax administration, financial accounts related responsibilities
