Position: GM F&A
Qualification: MBA / CA
- Requirement is for a Leading KPO in Mumbai. This is a 3rd party non – contact center BPO provider in India.
- Their global client list includes several fortune 500 companies, including large banking and financial organizations.
Job Profile:
1. Transition and setup of new projects for the company at client location as well as in-house.
2. Interface with the HO and all HOD’s for resolving pending issues.
3. Maintaining a healthy client relationship with all customers of the company.
4. Involved in Costing of projects and submission of proposals when needed.
5. Optimum staffing of processes which is to be done as per the agreements with the client.
6. Adherence to quality procedures and implement the same in accordance with ISO standards.
7. Adherence to the agreed SLA’s.
8. Understanding of Infrastructure requirements for processes & coordinating internally to ensure the support infrastructure is available to the team.
9. Plan and manage interim resources
10. Provide weekly progress site report to the HOD.
11. Accountable for timely completion of projects and exploring opportunities for productivity improvement/ Operations efficiency.
- Excellent Domain Knowledge especially statutory compliances like TDS, Service Tax, and VAT and like wise
- Should have handled a large team and also multiple clients
