- Preparation of Balance sheet and profit and loss account.

- Statutory and internal audit management.

- Overall Cost and profitability management

- Reporting under I Gap , IFRS, Tax audit and Management information

- Control and Review of trail balance of TUU’s trail balance on continuous basis.

- Contribution and Cost Of Production Variance

- Control General Expense Accounting

- Budget preparation and management

SUPPORTING ACTIONS

- Getting the statutory audit done

- Planning Internal Audit as per freq.

- Finalization of findings & recommendations with auditors & auditee.

- Finalization of implementation plan for agreed recommendation of the audit teams

- Review & Closure Pending Issues.

- Convert Data to information alters for the management and raise issues proactively

- Check reporting gaps and improve compliance & implement audit observations

- Review of Recievables

- Review other items of Trial Balance

- Unitwise & SKU wise Contribution and COP variance from budget.

- Price variance & usage variance for all unit and SKU

- Management summary for the discussion.

- Review to Control expenses of CMD Head Office, TUU(Tie Up Units), & Regional Offices

- Coordinate with commercial team for Budget

- Scrutiny of budget & to ensure that all the calculations & prices taken are correct.

- Communicate with Zonal Head.
