GM-Finance & Accounts for a leading NGO in Mumbai

Reporting to CFO

Salary- 10-14 LPA

Qualified CA is a must

Role:Candidate will be responsible for Finance,Accounts & Procurement function in the organisation

Responsibilities:

- Financial Management & Reporting

- Overseas Procurement function in the organisation

- Cash Flow Management

- Preparing & Reviewing Budget

- Cost Controlling

- Creating & Implementing Accounting Systems & Processes

- Compilation of annual accounts & finanlisation

- MIS and management reporting

- Provide inputs on financials for all the funding proposals and reporting to the funding partners

- Assist CFO in financial and strategic planning and preparation of annual budget

- Corporate Governance Issues

Desired profile:

Qualification and Experience

- Chartered Accountant with ten to twelve years of experience out of which last five years must have
been in the similar role. Proven track record of performance and stability on the previous roles shall
be an added advantage. Candidates with an experience in non-profits sector shall be preferred.
