General Manager-Facilities Management-candidates should be only from facility management companies/Exp 12-18years/Location - Mumbai

Our client is a service based company,an independent company.It has become the world leader in Quality of Life services.It ranges from fodservices to construction management, reception services to the maintenance of scanners and laboratory equipment, technical maintenance to leisure cruises, and housekeeping to rehabilitation services at correctional facilities... It provides clients with a wide array of on-site services.

Designation: General Manager – Facilities Management

Reports To: Vice President – Facilities Management

Span of Control: Mumbai and Gujarat & MP

Location: Borivali (East), Mumbai

Position Purpose:

- Responsible for all existing operational contracts, contract retention, contract growth and development within the relevant area and strengthen the portfolio, reputation and image of company

Role Description:

- Ensure the profitable delivery of operations, control of costs & overheads through achievement of business targets for GOP.

- Responsible for the delivery and expansion of sales and margin in all operations ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations and company policies and procedures.

- Support new business development through the promotion and costing of products & services and response to tenders & proposals which deliver new business in company’s Integrated Facilities Management activities.

- Responsible for establishing and maintaining multi-level and business unit relationships with clients ensuring a full understanding of the hierarchy and strategic vision of the client.

- Ensure a comprehensive understanding of and meet all customer expectations under each of the relevant client agreements.

- Prepare timely and accurate financial and qualitative reports; Report on the same to the Regional Head-Operations on a monthly basis and as and when required.

- Manage, mentor and maintain a strong working relationship with the Business Development & Operational Teams, offer assistance wherever and whenever required.

Key Competencies:

- Tertiary qualifications in a business, finance or related discipline;

- Minimum 7+ years middle management experience within a contracting or management services environment;

- Experience in working in a multi cultural environment

- Good knowledge of non core business activities

- Extensive knowledge of the resources and facilities management sectors in the region preferable

- Leadership and team building skills

- Excellent time management skills

- Sound business acumen Client focus

- Ability to work in a mentally demanding environment
