JOB PROFILE:
- The role of General Manager is to spearhead F and A business with spanning across multiple clients and processes like - Order To Cash, Records to Report and Procure to Pay, end to end with complete P and L responsibility - client relationship management/ costs/ budgeting/ operations/ quality and process efficiencies/ work force management.
- Manage F&A business (internal and external) and have the ability to manage across towers viz Cost Accounting with understanding of RTR,OTC, Accounts Payable with major concentration on Cost Accounting & Finance domain.
- Managing multiple client engagements / contracts - Operations support for establishing processes, metrics identifications and reporting
- Manage relationships with customers at the senior management level and ensure customer satisfaction
- Establish and maintain robust tracking mechanism for key indicators of the operations to support decision-making
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Should have in-depth knowledge of managing F and A operations metrics - depth and width.
- Ability and proven track record to manage large teams effectively - approx 400 + people.
- A chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance) with at least 14+ years of experience.
