GM/Director - Head - Operations - BPO

Our client is one of the leading players in providing cloud based applications and Healthcare solutions to its clients across the globe. In India, they have their set up in Chennai and looking to hire an Operations Head to handle the end to end delivery operations of their contact center.

The role will be responsible for:

- Heading the India facility for execution and high level delivery on all projects.

- Leading large service delivery operations with P & L responsibilities.

- Driving complex global customer program.

- Setting, monitoring and delivering the center's business plan.

- Develop and deliver transformative solutions for all healthcare new logo and expansions.

Looking for candidates with 15+ years of experience with strong people management skills and extensive experience in managing end to end function in healthcare voice support operations.
