GM/Director - Exchange Traded Derivatives

Our client is one of the leading BPO's, looking for a GM / Director for the Exchange Traded Derivative Operations, based in Hyderabad.

The incumbent is responsible for designing and managing efficient and effective operational processes to support the Exchange Traded Derivatives business.

The incumbent is responsible for building the appropriate infrastructure and managing the operational teams to ensure that processes under their control are implemented and reported in a timely and accurate manner.

In addition, the incumbent will provide support to other departments in respect to reporting, balancing, and reconciliation and other management control activities.

The incumbent must manage staff, technology, and equipment resources to reduce operational, systemic, and settlement risks by maintaining an appropriate level of control over all aspects of the operations.

The role is based in Hyderabad.
