Key Responsibilities & Skills :

Work experience :

- Experience working in a Matrix Organization.

- Candidate with consulting experience with specific experience Digital/Ad operations Domain.

Experience :

- Excellent communication skills

- Client facing with ability to provide solutions to customers

- Excellent problem solving capabilities and ability to strategically lead a large Program

- Experience in managing stake holders & deliver excellence in customer service transformation.

- Should be willing to manage & run a P&L for the project.

Characteristics :

- Minimum 12 years of Experience from a Tier 1 B-school.

- Hands On work knowledge in Digital/Ad operations space

- Prefer candidates that are stable and have not changed jobs in last three years.

- Candidate should have very valid reasons for moving if more than three moves in 5 years.

- Currently in Consulting space or a part of the service industry
