- Review current Talent management policies at the organisation and develop new policies and processes benchmarked to contemporary, professional, Global best in it's class practices after discussions with the Cluster HR Head, Global HR teams, and Business heads.
- Ensure that the TM processes developed add value directly to businesses and functions through improved alignment of Goals to company's Vision, Mission and the organization Identity standards as well as business objectives, and all the while ensuring the quality and consistency of the Goal setting and cascade processes, and periodic review of target achievements
- Develop a Global Talent Management system that incorporates the identification of Hi-potential employees through assessment centres, and develop career and succession plans for all functions which will meet the aspirations of employees, optimise external hiring costs and prepare the organisation for the future
- Be an integral part of the Global Resource Management group which will focus on improvement of productivity across clusters and deployment of human resources optimally
- Develop and implement exciting Employee engagement programs and best in its class Total reward and recognition schemes in the India cluster initially, anchor its implementation and constantly review the progress of these initiatives.
