GM/DGM - Strategy - Farm Equipment/Agri Business

- Develop Scenarios based on trends, insights, etc

- Formulate & execute strategy projects across business functions

- Formulate Go to Market / New Market Strategy

- Have a view of both top line and bottom line

- Hands on with execution of strategy projects

- Must be a go getter

- Conduct used case analysis

- Conduct environmental scan, synthesis of primary & secondary insights - Change Management Projects

- Colloborate with stakeholders, develop road map for execution

- Understand culture, and past exp in handling big change management projects

- Have knowledge of Rura / Tier - II & Tier - III markets
