The job description for the same is:

1. To ensure that work done on site meets specifications & complies with national & international standards & best practices.

2. To manage the regional & site quality teams, including manpower planning, training & development & to ensure that all projects within the designated region are adequately manned by competent & trained QA/QC staff.

3. To enforce the organizations policy of Zero tolerance to defective material & workmanship by ensuring Inspection of all incoming materials (through factory & site inspections) & training of all personnel across the value chain.

4. To report on a monthly basis to the Head QA/QC & MD & CEO on best practices, Major repetitive Non conformances, Root cause analysis performed Improvements as a result of RCA, Areas of concern & Recommendations for improvement of Project Quality.
