General Manager/Deputy General Manager - Finance & Accounts

We are Antal International, a Senior Level Recruitment firm; currently hiring for GM/DGM- Finance & Accounts; Mumbai for a Large Indian Engineering Company.

Essential Attributes:

About 15 to 20 years post qualification experience in various areas of Finance and Accounting. Covering extensively:

- Finance, banking and treasury.

- Budgeting, Forecasting.

- Taxation-especially Indirect

Job Description:

- The Individual should have post qualification experience in various areas of Finance and Accounting. Covering areas such as:

- Financial Compliance, Consolidation and Audit at Company level with multi location / multi Division / multiple entity operations.

- Financial Control procedures / Policies - in all areas of activities

- Management Accounting - analysis and review

- Should have good understanding of Integrated Accounts.

- With at least the last 5 years in a senior management position.

- Worked in MNCs or in large professionally managed Indian Companies (preferably listed Companies). Operating in the Manufacturing sector.

- Should have worked for a major part of his career on ERPs of international standard like SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards.

Education:

CA / CMA - should have qualified by the age of 25
