ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strong exposure & knowledge of the following skills:

- Reporting & Finalization of accounts

- Monitoring the day to day F&A activities

- Closure of books of accounts

- Liasoning with Statutory and Internal auditor

- Providing support to business unit head in evaluating all commercial aspects of business decision and regulatory implications

- Presentation for review meetings covering both financial and operational performance

- Banking and Fund management

- MIS & Budgeting

- Variance analysis

- Implementation of controls

- Cash flow management

- Control of capex & opex

- Costing of tariffs

The individual shall be heading the HOD of the various F&A departments of the organization

Reportees: HODs of various deptts of F&A

Reporting to: CFO

EXPERIENCE: 15-17yrs

EDUCATION: Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA Finance (with exp in Healthcare sector)

INDUSTRY: Healthcare, FMCG, IT, Telecom
