GM/DGM - AI Strategy & Delivery - Internet/Online

Key Responsibilities :

AI Strategy & Delivery will spearhead the seamless integration of AI innovations to elevate organizational objectives. By identifying optimal AI use cases, aligning strategies with business goals, and driving execution with internal and external technology teams, she/he will ensure impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities include :

1. Mapping Industry and Technology Trends:

a. Assess latest industry trends and advancements in AI technology, including Generative AI, especially in B2C, eCommerce and Retail industries

b. Evaluate potential impact of emerging technologies on the organization

c. Make recommendations for incorporating relevant trends into AI strategies

d. Lead internal and external brainstorming sessions & workshops (e.g., hackathons) for new concept generation

2. Use Case Identification:

a. Identify potential AI use cases across the organization, in collaborate with cross functional teams

b. Prioritize AI initiatives based on strategic goals and impact potential

3. Alignment & Execution:

a. Align AI strategies with business objectives and goals

b. Work closely with business partners to understand requirements and expectations

c. Develop and execute actionable AI strategies that drive business value

4. Monitoring Success Metrics:

a. Define and establish key success metrics for AI initiatives

b. Monitor and analyse the performance of AI projects against established metrics

c. Provide regular reports on progress and outcomes to relevant stakeholders

5. Support other critical Data, Analytics and Customer Centricity projects, as needed

6. Change Management and Adoption:

a. Develop change management strategies for integrating AI solutions.

b. Facilitate the adoption of AI technologies within the organization.

c. Provide training and support to employees to promote AI utilization

Qualifications :

7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.

8. Total experience of 12+ years with demonstrated ability to combine business / commercial acumen with new technology implementation

9. A deep understanding of the rapidly evolving AI, ML and Generative AI landscape, including its potential impact on business

10. Track record of delivering AI / ML / Generative AI projects / POCs; retail / B2C / eCommerce context would be an advantage

11. Strong Program Management skills to drive end-to-end project execution - from concept to delivery

12. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

13. Familiarity with change management principles
