GM - Corporate Strategy & Business Analysis - Pharma - IIM/MDI/XLRI/FMS

One of the largest Pharma MNCs is looking for an exceptional professional into Business Analysis and Corporate planning to lead the Corporate strategy function for India.

The incumbent's key responsibilities shall be:

- To monitor & analyse the performance of the SBUs

- To help achieve the Co s profitability target Set for the year

- Benchmark the performance against competitors

- To evaluate the performance of the marketing functions across the business

- Evaluate the product wise/location wise profitability and give suggestions on profit improvement plans,

- Exchange new ideas / suggestions / schemes

- Evaluate the impact of any changes in the macro economic factors on the Business profitability

- Continuously evaluate / recommend new business opportunities,

- Support to MD/CEO for decision making .

- Provide necessary performance measurement and support decision making process by ensuring optimum resource utilization.

Candidate profile :

- MBA from IIMs, XLRI, MDI, NITIE,FMS,or like institutes with 7+ years of post qualification experience.

- Must have exposure in a consumer facing industry in Business /Corporate strategy, Market entry strategy, etc or prior experience as EA to top executive .

- Must have experience in Consumer facing industries or consulted for the same.
