Our client is a multi billion dollar global organization in the Manufacturing space. They are leaders in the area they operate in. With a very large and expanding presence in the APAC region, they are looking for a GM - Compensation & Benefits to be based in their office in Chennai catering to India, ASEAN, China and Australia.  Reporting into the APAC Head of C&B, you will be responsible for:  - Planning and reviewing the compensation plan for all employees in the region  - Leading the merit increase cycles and mid year promotions  - Design, plan and tweak the benefit scheme as per the best practices benchmarked in the market  - Lead all bonus payouts and manage budgets across countries and across businesses  - Roll out the global Stock Option Plan  - Work closely with the local HR Operations teams to understand local compliance and governance issues  The successful applicant:  We are looking for candidates with 12+ years of experience who are subject matter experts in C&B. Extensive exposure to designing and driving C&B policies and a strong track record of implementing innovative best practices will be key. We are looking for stable candidate only from an MNC background. Any global exposure is an added advantage.  This is an excellent opportunity to work in an APAC C&B role and lead the design and strategy of end to end compensation and benefits with a very large MNC manufacturing organization.
