Desired Candidate Profile:

Education- B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization

- Candidates should be well versed with Wind Resource assessment

- Should have atleast 15+ years of experience in Site Identification, Wind mapping area, Windy sites

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to accurately identify project requirements, costs and risks

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identification of wind potential sites.

- Identification of new sites, approval from different department, site survey work, vender selection

- Identifying and deciding site's suitability for a Wind Farm.

- Responsible for project development, land identification, project registration, all project approvals from different department.

- Wind resource department for installation of wind mast poles

- Responsible for project financial viability, due diligence, Power Evacuation

- Responsible for Project feasibility study

- Identify the windy sites, checking speed of wind (Wind measurement Techniques)

- Wind data Analysis and Processing

- Ensure prompt disposal and clearance of records, files, and approvals

- Coordinate with functional departments within the organization to acquire resources

- Excellent time management skills ability to complete projects within defined time criteria

- Ability to measure project activities against defined costs and revenue

- Comprehensive knowledge of Wind Site Assessment and Proficient in GP

- Well acquainted with the Policies of the state government and other guidelines for establishing Wind Power Projects.

- Liaising with state government officials
