Position-GM/AVP/VP-Program Management/Operation Excellence

Location-Delhi

Company- A ~75 years old Indian Multinational Conglomerate having multiple business lines including Healthcare, Automotive, Electronics, Cement, Papers etc.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead the continuous journey of sustained improvements through Operational Excellence initiatives etc. across the businesses of Group Companies

- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives

- Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement

- Oversee multiple project teams across Group Companies ensuring program goals are reached as per defined timeliness and other tangible and Non tangible deliverables.

- Institutionalize the process of capability building and create a pipeline of Master Black Belts across group companies.

- Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan and Review Mechanism to ensure timely delivery of targeted results.

- Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives

- Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors

- Work with program managers and stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects and their mitigation plans

- Analyze, evaluate, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders

Requirement -

Minimum 10+ years of experience, Black Belt certification is preferred.
