GM / AVP/ VP - Land Acquisition - Real Estate

- Someone who has done Land acquisitions transactions has strong Industry connect/local market Knowledge for MMR (is crucial), connects with Brokers/IPC's/ Developers/Land owners

- Must have understanding of development laws in MMR and must be able to do Financial Feasibility (P&L)

- Conducted locations studies to identify potential investment opportunities.

- Understands various partnership models for Land tie up ; JV/JD/DM etc. along with risks associated with each one of those

- Broad Legal understanding to understand the basic title of the Property

- Feasibility studies for market expansion, product, pricing, sales velocity estimations studies, market trend analysis.

- Provide strategic counsel through customized research inputs and MIS.
