Job Description :

- Plan, Develop & Execute the Human Resource Strategy.

- Create a periodic Review of the organizational Policies and influence necessary changes as required.

- Effective Talent Management.

- Drive Talent Development by effective training interventions.

- Administration of Compensation& Benefits.

- Ensure 100% resolution of employee grievances and create a healthy work environment.

- Drive high performance culture within the Organisation through effective Performance Management system.

- Ensure Retention of Hi-POs.

- Drive Group Initiatives with the organisation / Entities

- Drive organisational changes / Projects.

- 100% compliance to the statutory requirements.

Qualifications:

- MBA/ PGDM full time Preferred.
