- Over all responsible for achieving the sales targets of the business verticals; Design and Build and Building Material.

- Help in creating right business model

- He should have expertise of creating business plan

- Recruit a motivated operational team to achieve business targets

- Should have superior knowledge of concrete, construction and civil engineering in terms of sales and marketing, strategy

- Hands on putting right business processes so as to achieve optimum operational excellence.

- He should be well connected with the target customer groups and should know how to reach out to the target customers and how to convince them.

- Bring innovation in bringing contracts to the company

- He should be innovative, sound commercial sense and good negotiation skills

- Should have expertise in participating in tenders from private parties

- Should have good negotiating skills

- Should be able to create right brand and buzz in the market

- Should be able to quickly stabilize the business and earn contracts

- Should be able to put process so as to achieve high customer satisfaction.
