GM/AVP - Order to Cash Operations - BPO

Desired Profile -

- Graduate / MBA with Min. 10 to 15 Years of experience in BPS Industry

- Six Sigma Green Belt Certified

- Experience in managing team size of 80-100

- Min.3 Years of experience as Sr. Manager or 1 Year Exp. as SDL or AVP.

- Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills.

- Ability to engage with multiple stakeholder and clients to create a positive relationship

- Excellent People Management Skills

- Proven expertise in managing blended processes spanning outbound, inbound calls, email and transaction processing

- Knowledge in F&A (min. Accounts Receivable Processes)

- Strong operational focus with ability to understand, report and use data / information well

- Prior experience in digitization and automation tools etc will be a plus

Responsibilities

- Lead Order to Cash service delivery as part of a blended onshore & offshore delivery model

- Manage P&L, budgets and forecasts

- Manage attrition at an expected level

- Responsible for driving debt call effectiveness, promise to pay and reducing aged debt portfolio

- Responsible for shaping the team and aligning as per changing environment

- Responsible for team quality, training & VOC (NPS) & VOE (GPTW).

- Meeting expectations of the internal and external stake holders through achieving desired output & demonstrating team performance on a monthly basis.

- Deliver on productivity targets

- Creating an Order to Cash team for future, which is technology savvy and which strikes the right balance between quality and productivity to ensure strong customer experience
