General Manager -Application Security

We are looking candidates have experience as below for Entry level GM role

Job Location: Noida

Experience Required:

Overall the candidate should possess 13-16 yrs of experience in managing Application Security team, preferably in a financial domain

- In depth knowledge of Application Security and IT compliance domains

- Demonstrated abilities in managing large teams in a global environment

- Should have majority of experience in Security Domain.

Skills Required:

- Hands on technical knowledge & experience of application Security Architecture, penetration testing and IT security compliance

- Strong Web application security experience with thorough understanding of web application vulnerabilities

- Thorough understanding of open source and web technologies, application coding, databases, and Web server design and implementation, including knowledge of the software development lifecycle in a large enterprise.

- Familiarity with Security Standards and groups (OWASP, WASC, FISMA)

- Familiarity with more than one network and web application vulnerability scanners (such as AppScan) as well as source code analysis tools

- Certification like CISSP, CEH is a plus

- Offshore service delivery team management experience in an onshore offshore engagement model

- Good Experience in resolving conflicts, motivating team

- Ability to handle crisis situation effectively without affecting the Service Delivery
