Accountability
- Sharing of Environmental Understanding
- Environment Scan of Advertising Space
- Drive Consumer Insights for advertising business
- Draw out relevant insights with secondary and primary research which is useful for business
- Repository of knowledge on Economic trends from various sources like various industry associations, analysts’ reports, etc.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities against the expected trends from the above
Business Planning and Insights
- Business Case preparation and planning on various Advertising Product Lines
- Share continuous insights from primary and secondary sources
- Support Review and help in continuous improvement
- Understand various cost structures to develop robust business plans
Business Analytics
- Understand various telecom nodes and various platforms involved
- Analyze MIS and support management decision making through appropriate & timely lead, lag and flag reporting
- Ensure scalable realtime analytics with single view of customer across advertising products and interactions
- Develop organizational systems and capabilities for analysis based decision making across products and platforms with strong statistical tools and methodologies
MIS, Systems and Processes as per plan
- Establish robust processes
- Define SLAs as well as guidelines for departmental operations/processes
- Develop, review, and analyze budget(s) of the department
- Review, analyze and monitor actual expenses with budget and seek clarification in case of deviations
Educational Qualifications
- Management Degree from premier institute
- Major in Statistics, Economics or Advanced Mathematics
Relevant and total years of Experience
- 7 – 10 years total experience in Business Intelligence and analytics Field
- Exposure of working with Large Datasets with focus on ROI. Understanding of how Big Data works and is implemented.
- Ideally exposure in startups
- Sales/ Marketing / Consulting/ Financial Analysis/ Market Research Firms
- Ideally 3 – 6 years of recent experience in Consulting/ Analyst firms
Functional Competencies
- Standard and advanced analysis of Market Research data using SAS, BI
- Exposure to handling Large Datasets with understanding of Big Data
- Experience of SQL
- Exposure to Statistical Methodologies: All common statistics techniques including multivariate techniques (Multiple Regression, Factor and Cluster Analysis, Conjoint Analysis, etc
- Understanding the use of Price Sensitivity & Trade-off (Conjoint Analysis), Brand Image (Brand Mapping & Correspondence Analysis), Impact Analysis (Regression Analysis), Customer Profiling (Cluster Analysis),
