GM/ AGM Operations/ SCM

One of our key eCommerce clients based out of Gurgaon is looking forward to hire for the post of GM/ AGM Operations and Logistics/ SCM.

Experience : 5years to 12 years

Package : 10 Lacs - 20Lacs/ Annum

Post : Manager/ AGM/ GM (Depending upon your experience and current package)

- Strong eCommerce operations/ logsitics background preferred.

- The person will be responsible for 3rd Party Logistics

- Drive timely and focused projects execution resulting in measurable business improvements in customer satisfaction, efficiency and scalability of Fulfilment Centers/Logistics/CS.

- Emphasis on reduction of process and product defects and variation to achieve the project objectives by the application of appropriate frameworks, methods and tools and successful project management.

- Drive breakthrough process improvement projects using methodologies like lean etc

- Manage and speparhead Warehouse and Fulfillment Center Operations for the organization.

- Freight reconciliation with courier companies, manage COD, One time delivery etc.

- Should be analytical and excellent with team management skills.

Education/Experience:

- Bachelors / Masters Degree in any discipline and experience in Manufacturing/Retail/Distribution/Logistics Operations
