- Experience: minimum 15+ years of experience in Sales (Direct Sales & Chanel Sales)
- Extensive experience in handling large team is mandatory.
- Apart from being fluent in English, must be fluent in at least 3 of these regional languages; (Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Marwari)
- Experience of handling Sales in minimum two western states is mandatory.
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
- Ability to build strategic and long term relationships
- Candidates having experience in Building Material Industry or Concept Selling Industry (e.g. Insurance, Holiday Homes etc) will be preferred.
- Candidates having prior network of architects / Interior Designers / Builders will be an added advantage.
- Having experience in handling Direct marketing activities or experience in handling PNL responsibilities may add advantage
- Be Team Player with expertise in training team with analysis towards improving their skills and productivity.
- Take complete responsibility of emergency & escalation situation, coordinate with corporate to ensure fast closures, putting the Company's best interest in mind.
- Candidates either must be located in Mumbai or should be willing to relocate (having spent significant time in Mumbai already).
