Key Responsibilities - - Coordinate with branches/Organization sales related to issuance/medicals and follow-ups. - Evaluate & select appropriate automation systems to meet cost, efficiency &amp; customer service objectives - Improve processing turnaround time, thereby reducing cost and enhancing stakeholder experience - Query Management and underwriting resolution - Prepare and Publish Key MIS that will drive desired results - A clear understanding of Group Process/Transactions (NB/Renewals/MRCs/UW/ Regulatory reporting) - Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements &amp; initiating corrective actions - Maintains service standards by enforcing quality - Identifying trends &amp; recommending system improvements - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results - Developing Policies, Procedures &amp; Productivity Standards through continuous improvement Knowledge and skills desired : - Knowledge of underwriting guidelines/ AML-KYC - Good working knowledge of Life Asia/ Aura - Should be good in excel and should be able to make MISs - Good Communication skills - Performance &amp; Project Management - Resource Management - Customer Service Standards - Flair for MIS &amp; Analytics - Driving change agenda Measures of Performance: - Quality Scores/Errors - New business TAT as per KPI - Feedback from stakeholders - Training delivered to vendors - Automation Projects - Crisis Management - Feedback basis Audit reports Required qualifications and experience : - Should have analytical/underwriting knowledge - Should have a minimum of 8 yrs experience in Insurance - Should be flexible to work &amp; stretch basis business requirements
