POSITION : General Manager /AGM / Sr. Manager - Marketing

JOB DESCRIPTION :

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Leading and actively participating in developing the short term and long team business strategies for sales & marketing in Domestic as well as International Markets.

- Ensuring appropriate mechanism for performance review and feedback with Sales Officers/ Engineers at various locations to achieve the budgeted targets and also excel substantially.

- Devising short term and long term strategy to optimize the level of satisfaction of internal as well as external customers across the globe.

- Designing & implementation promotional activities.

- Supervising, organizing and motivating sales & marketing team.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS :

- The professional must be a Post Graduate from a premier institute and having around 12+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Capital Equipments/ Machineries with Reputed Engineering/ Automobile Companies.

- The candidate with proven track record in Sales & Marketing under SAP work environment in the large Engineering/Automobile companies would be preferred.
