- Continuously updating Job Description, KRA, KPI with FH.

- Talent acquisition / Recruitment management

- Compensation benchmarking & planning.

- Industrial relationship

- Develop and implement performance management

- Developing and implementing Training program including identification of training need.

- Developing employee retention and engagement.

- Conducting 360 degree feedback.

- Increase employee satisfaction and engagement

- Framing key HR policies and implementation

- Build out campus recruitment plan

- Developing leadership pipeline and business continuity plan.

Note: Candidates having experience in manufacturing industry having expats working in Indian unit will be preferred.
