GM/AGM/DGM - Operations - Registry/Transfer Agency/Mutual Fund

Position :General Manager Operations who can independently handle one of the Business Units

- Mutual Funds

- Corporate Registry

- Transfer Agents

Job Location: Hyderabad

Job Role :

- Would be responsible for Operations for few clients for our Registry/Transfer Agency/Mutual Fund Operations

- Drive the team & ensure all the operations happen as per SOP, SLA & TAT without any error.

- Responsible for Relationship Management with the Client & address issues promptly.

- Responsible for managing the entire team & ensure training for them

- Provide required reports & inputs to senior management

Attributes expected in the Candidate :

- Desirable Registrar & Transfer Agency experience in Mutual Fund industry (domestic or international)

- Experience in BPOs handling non-voice processes desirable.

- The ideal candidate must have a combination of R&T companies/Investment Banking. Exposure on capital markets is essential.

- Minimum of 10-15 years experience in financial operations management

- This role is purely operations role involving Client relationship management & involve leading huge teams & thus leadership traits & team management skills would be essential.
