Job Title: Head - B&R (Domestic & Exports)

Designation: AGM / DGM / GM

Function : Sales and Marketing

Reporting To : Head - Sales & Marketing (AVP)

Superior's Superior: SBU Head & Vice President

Location: Kolkata

Business: Textiles

Job Purpose:

- Formulate sales and marketing plan to achieve the targeted growth.

- Achieve the sales target and to set goals for my team members and keep guiding/motivating them to achieve the same.

- Co-ordination with design and development for new design/product development and with production planning & control to ensure OTIF.

Accountability:

1. To plan and execute the sales target set through P & B

2. Customer Base Development

3. Working Capital Management

4. People development

Job Purpose of Direct Reports:

RSMs - Responsible for Handling Domestic/Export brands and to make seasonal presentation according to the buyer's requirement in their assigned regions. To monitor OTIF and achieving sales and collection targets.

Sales Officer - Responsible for handling domestic brands by providing proactive services in terms of updation of sampling and bulk status and responsible for payment collection as per monthly targets.
