Our client is one of the leading IIT JEE preparation institute, having 34 centers in Mumbai.

Job Description:

- To make sure smooth happening of work

- Make sure the staff and faculty is coming on time at every center

- To look after administration of 34 centers across Mumbai

- Make sure all the entries are happening properly in the software

- Launching of the new software's, do the budget planning

- To Provide training to the team on time to time basis

- Should be able to develop strategies to achieve organizational goals and build and lead a team for the following functions: operations, marketing and sales, HR & IT.

- Should be handling a team of 80- 100 people

- Reporting to the CEO

Candidate Profile:

- Should have 9+ years of experience in operations in Education Industry (IIT JEE institute background will be preferred)

- Organized & having great time management skills

- Result oriented

- Great People skills

- Writing, listening, speaking and presentation skills should be great

- Looking at holistic development and not just looking at money and incentives; should have a greater purpose

- Should be ready for long-term and become an integral part of the team

- Management graduate having keen interest in management and organizations

- Additional degrees and course in management would be preferred

- Somebody who is ready to continuously learn and develop personally

- Should be above 33 years of age, should be married with kids preferred.

- Should have interest in reading.

- It is better if candidate comes from a manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry background from tier 2 or 3 cities. Not from some high-flier industry or MNC whose expectations can’t be satisfied.

- Ambitious, ethical and one who can develop big picture

- High achiever and modest background

- Should be ready to sign a bond of 2 year with 3 months notice period
