Senior Product Manager - IIM/ISB/XLRI Glowroad is a social e-commerce platform where resellers share the catalog of products through their network on Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram, etc and convert them to sales. Glowroad is on a mission to create micro-entrepreneurs (resellers) who can set up their web-store, market their products and track all transactions through its platform. Glowroad app has ~5M downloads and 1 lakhs DAU's. Glowroad has been funded by Accel Partners and recently got a series B funding from China's CHD investments. We are scaling our operations across India. Glowroad is looking for team members passionate about building platforms for next billion users. Position: Product Manager As a product manager, you will own products to enable customers (resellers) become successful micro-entrepreneurs while achieving business goals for Glowroad. Job Roles - Define creative, high quality, and clear product roadmaps for Glowroad's android app and reseller microsites. - Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications - Lead the development of the customer experience for our consumer app with A/B testing - Participate in in-person customer research and user studies - Work with engineering teams on prototyping and testing to ensure we deliver the right solution - Partner with technical managers on feature-related project priorities, milestones, and delivery dates - Dive into details (e.g., probe assumptions that led to technology decisions as well as business choices, etc.). Required Qualification - Bachelor's degree with a technical discipline from Top Tier College, MBA from IIM/ISB/XLRI. - 5+ years of professional experience - 3+ years of software platform or e-commerce product management experience - Experience working on at least one of A/B tools, e-commerce app, or large scale transactional systems. - Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines - Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Passion for creating innovative solutions for next billion consumers Location: Borewell Road, Whitefield, Bangalore
