Business Analyst - IIT/IIM/ISB 

GlowRoad is a social e-commerce platform where resellers share the catalog of products through their network on Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram, etc and convert them to sales. GlowRoad is on a mission to create micro-entrepreneurs (resellers) who can set up their website, market their products and track all transactions through its platform. The GlowRoad app has ~5M downloads and 1 lakhs DAU's.

GlowRoad has been funded by Accel Partners and recently got a series B funding from China's CHD investments. We are scaling our operations across India. GlowRoad is looking for team members passionate about building platforms for next billion users.

Role: Business Analyst

- As a Business Analyst, you'll be working in the analytics team to identify potential strategic and optimization opportunities through deep diving into business and product data. 

- You will work on developing automated dashboards, visualizations, and custom data sets. 

- You will leverage the cross-functional nature of your role to develop insights that can produce meaningful advantages and growth opportunities for the company. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, to innovate, to take initiative, to think beyond conventional dogma, ability to work in a flat organization.

Responsibilities:-

- Get actionable insights from data which can be used real-time in all decision making of the company

- Create new models/ improve existing models which are used for supply chain, demand forecasting, logistics, planning, etc.

- Data analysis and solution building based on insights capture from data

- Gather insights & work hands-on with different teams to improve their various business metrics

- Create various analysis for error handling in existing data products

Required Qualification :

- Engineering from top tier college

- 1-3 yrs experience in business analytics; fluent with basic statistics and probability

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Well versed with advanced Excel and SQL plus any of the statistical tools, R, Python, SAS, etc

- Willingness to learn, innovate, take initiative

- High attention to detail and excellent presentation skills

- Driven and have the ability to execute well on multiple parallel projects
