GlowRoad is a social e-commerce platform where resellers share the catalog of products through their network on Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram, etc and convert them to sales. GlowRoad is on a mission to create micro-entrepreneurs (resellers) who can set up their website, market their products and track all transactions through its platform. The GlowRoad app has ~5M downloads and 1 lakhs DAU's. GlowRoad has been funded by Accel Partners and recently got a series B funding from China's CHD investments. We are scaling our operations across India. GlowRoad is looking for team members passionate about building platforms for next billion users. Position: AVP, Strategic Initiatives Reporting to the Head of Strategic Initiatives and/or CEO, the AVP role was recently created to accelerate profitable growth and optimize shareholder value across GlowRoad's business functions. The successful candidate will be highly visible within the organization and will lead a small team to create new business lines, improve product design &amp; product offerings, and optimization of business processes in alignment with GlowRoad's business goals. Job Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Establishing and executing new initiatives and strategy - Working closely across functions to execute new products and offerings - Product Design, Partnerships and Go to Market Strategies for the products - Launching new initiatives focused on the growth of Business - Building teams and processes for existing and new initiatives Required Qualification - Strong Academic background preferably from a Top Tier college. - Experience in building new ventures and initiatives. - Strong logic-based approach and business judgment. - Cross-functional experience in product, category and/or supply-chain - Analytical and data-driven work experience - Has worked in internal/external strategy definition and execution - An interest in a startup environment is a plus Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
