With over a million students already on our platform, we are on an exciting journey towards redefining the higher education landscape in tier2 and tier3 cities. In this role, you will join our product team, which constantly steers the entire company towards achieving its vision. You will be working on both the strategy and execution of product features in this role. What you will do: The product manager will own a feature from conception to success measurement. The following are some of the activities involved in this: 1. Be a thought leader within the company in understanding the customer 2. Conduct market research through multiple research means such as interviews and surveys 3. Analyze customer behaviour on the platform by going through the data 4. Create product strategy documents to pitch feature ideas to the management 5. Interact with multiple stakeholders within the company to brainstorm ideas 6. Draft product execution roadmap including all the activities required from various teams 7. Drive different teams to execute the product plan and meet the launch timelines 8. Compile product requirement document for the tech team's implementation 9. Define the metrics that need to be captured to measure the feature's performance post-launch 10. Check the developed feature before going live to make sure that the PRD is followed 11. Talk to customers post-launch to receive feedback 12. Analyze the data and make appropriate improvements in the product to reach the goals What's needed from you: 1. MBA from a premium institution, with a BTech background, preferred 2. Passion for providing a great customer experience 3. Preparedness to go out of your way to get stuff done 4. Excellent communication skills - should be able to effectively communicate with people from various backgrounds such as a software developer, a content writer, a top management executive, and a tier3 city student 5. Tech savviness 6. Strong analytical skills What will make you stand out: 1. Prior experience as a startup founder 2. Product management experience 3. UX design experience
