Position Overview :
- Maintains and expands relationships with Pharma & BFSI customers
- Is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned account objectives.
- Represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers
- Lead the customer account planning cycle
- Ensuring assigned customers' needs and expectations are met
- Manage team
Job Responsibilities :
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
- Coordinates the involvement of the Company personnel, including support, technology, delivery, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales number and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Proactively leads a joint account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial & non-financial targets, and critical milestones for short, medium and long (3, 12 and 26 months) term.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel

Desired Capabilities :
- 10 years of experience in solution designing/Sales in Pharma, BFSI company or in a B2B company
- Excellent communication skills

Salary Offered: 14 - 18 LPA
