Salary Offered: 5 - 10 LPA  We Offer :  - Interesting and challenging work in a large and dynamically developing company.  - Professional development opportunities.  - Excellent compensation and benefits package, performance bonus program.  - Modern and comfortable office facilities.  Overview of Role :  - Training Needs Analysis, Design, Delivery and Effectiveness Assessment  - Assisting in L&D Operations and L & D Program Management  - Interface with L&Ds internal customers on understanding and catering to their learning requirements  - Publish and manage periodic training calendars for service lines; drive nominations through internal communication, and interface with training delivery partners   - Own, manage and deliver on learning-related projects allocated to you, including New Hire Orientation, Higher Education etc; manage their data and reporting as required  - Deliver behavioural training programs and training on usage of L&D tools  - Monitor the quality of training delivery with training delivery partners.  - Handle Internal and External Audits and Stakeholder reviews  Key Competencies & Skills:   - Have strong working knowledge of L&D foundational concepts and processes  - Have working knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint  - Possess strong and demonstrable presentation and facilitation skills and be able to handle multiple audiences  - Possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills  - Minimum 3 years of professional experience of which at least 2 in the L&D function of a large multinational corporation  - Stand-up training experience will be preferred  - Experience in managing training projects in the L&D function  - Have excellent written and spoken English skills  - Have an eye for detail and take end-to-end ownership of deliverables  Let's talk in more details about this.
